Backpacker's Mini House was a cozy and cute place to stay in Tokyo. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jij-chan, the owner, who effortlessly conversed with us in both English and Japanese. He made us feel right at home by offering us refreshing lemon juice and snacks. The warm and friendly atmosphere continued as we spent hours chatting and sharing snacks and drinks with other guests from around the world. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast of eggs, coffee, tea, and toast with jam or butter. The beds, although a bit firm, had dense curtains and thick blankets for added comfort. The small common area with a kitchen table provided a great space for socializing with our roommates. We was like part of a family. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for bed mattress renewal and an occasional lack of cleanliness in the bathroom area, our overall experience at Backpacker's Mini House was fantastic. It's the perfect place to stay in Tokyo for a warm and friendly atmosphere, great value, and a unique and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing host, full of energy and very welcoming. He made a simple but nice breakfast with boiled eggs, bread, butter, coffee, and tea. the location was great, within walking distance to the train stations. the host went above and beyond, driving me to the station when I was running late.
The bathroom in the room was a bit cramped. the room itself was quite small and could have been cleaner.

The owner was incredibly friendly and full of energy, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. He even went above and beyond by offering me a homemade breakfast, which was a nice touch. the bed was spacious and comfortable, perfect for someone tall like me. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated near a train station and had lovely parks within walking distance.
The room and toilet were on the smaller side and could have been cleaner. While it didn't bother me too much, it's something to consider if you prefer more spacious accommodations.
